You or your team can sign up now for a free distance learning NCFE Level 2 Certificate with Northbrook College.

Northbrook works with employers, voluntary organisations and individuals to provide flexible options for those who would like to top up their skills and gain a recognised qualification.

· Distance Learning online or through workbooks provides an effective, flexible and accessible method of training.
· Completion in 8 weeks, no exams, learn in work or your own time, with support of a Northbrook assessor.
· Includes: Information Advice or Guidance, Team Leading, Dementia Care, Working with Individuals with Learning Disabilities.

Apprenticeships: Free of charge (16-18 years) or £75 employer contribution per staff member.
Includes: ILM Management up to level 5, Business and Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, IT, AAT, plus other business and trade apprenticeships.

· Provides a comprehensive training option for existing or new staff, covers knowledge and competency and workplace assessment.
· Many apprenticeships are delivered within the workplace, some include day release. If recruiting apprentices, we also offer a free recruitment service, advertising within College and on local job boards.
· Funding available for apprentices at level 5, even if they have a prior level 4 or degree. Funding available for apprentices at levels 2-4 who do not hold a prior Level 4 or above.
